StarTox Data Input Screen

Input is completed from this screen which also has access to macroscopic observations and correlates micro with macro.  Input is done by any of several methods,; entry of three letter codes, clicking on a previous diagnosis in the left Dx coumn, clicking on the diagnosis in the drop down full diagnosis list on the right, clicking on the pre-assigned F Key tabs on the right or actuallty using the F keys on the keyboard.  Diagnosis search function is avaiable and free text can be entered.
